Eckert Seamans Attorney Speaks at American Bar Association Program

announced that attorney Mitchell L. Bach was a speaker at the Young
Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association annual fall conference, in a
session entitled “An Introduction to Business Courts” in Charlotte, North
Carolina. Mr. Bach addressed both the development of business courts
nationally and provided practical advice about creating new specialized business
courts and practicing before them.
