Eckert Seamans Adds Attorney in White Plains, New York Office
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that attorney Geraldine A. Cheverko has joined the firm as an
Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. Prior to joining Eckert
Seamans, she was an Associate with the law firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz
Edelman & Dicker in White Plains,
New
York.
Geraldine A. Cheverko concentrates her practice in general
commercial litigation, including general negligence, product liability,
construction litigation, premises liability, and risk management. Before
going into private practice, she was a law clerk for The Honorable Joan Glazer
Margolis, United States Magistrate Judge, District of Connecticut. She
earned her law degree from
Pace
University
Law
School,
where she graduated cum laude and served as Editor-in-Chief of
Pace Law Review, and her undergraduate degree from
Pace
University,
where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in
New York and
Connecticut
and before the U.S. District Court, District of
Connecticut; and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of

York. Ms. Cheverko resides
in Brewster,

York.
