Eckert Seamans Adds Attorney in Pittsburgh Office
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that attorney Brandon D. Richards has joined the firm as an
associate. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mr. Richards was an associate
with the law firm of Fox Rothschild in Pittsburgh.
As an associate in the firm’s Business Division,
Brandon focuses
his practice on employee benefits. He designs, drafts and handles
compliance matters for a wide variety qualified and non-qualified retirement
plans, welfare plans, and education assistance plans. He received his law
degree, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law and he
received an LL.M. in Taxation with an Employee Benefits Certificate from the
Georgetown
University
Law
Center.
He received his undergraduate degree from
Widener
University.
Mr. Richards is admitted to practice in
Pennsylvania
and
New
Jersey. He resides in
Seven Fields,
Pennsylvania.
