Eckert Seamans Adds Attorney in Boston Office
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that attorney Charlotte L. Bednar has joined the firm as an
associate. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Ms. Bednar was an associate
with the law firm of Goodwin Procter.
As an associate in the firm’s Litigation Division, Charlotte L. Bednar
focuses her practice on general civil litigation, and she has regularly
represented corporate and pro bono clients in various litigation and adversarial
matters. She also has experience in the areas of environmental law and
complex real estate development. She received her law degree, cum laude,
from Harvard
Law
School, where she
served as line editor of the Environmental Law Review and as submissions editor
of the Human Rights Journal. She received her undergraduate degree, magna
cum laude, from Dartmouth
College, where she
majored in environmental studies and was a member of the Golden Key National
Honor Society. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the American
Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Bednar is admitted to
practice in Massachusetts, and she
resides in Cambridge.
