Three Attorneys Join Eckert Seamans
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that three attorneys, Kimberly A. Craver, Keenan D. Holmes, and Harry
A. Readshaw, have joined the firm.
Kimberly A. Craver joins the firm as an Associate in the Litigation
Division of the Pittsburgh
office. She focuses her practice on labor and
employment matters including defending public and private employers in
employment litigation cases before federal and state courts, and representing
clients before the EEOC, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the
Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. Ms. Craver regularly counsels
employers on issues such as employee discipline, personnel policies, employee
handbooks, wage and hour laws, harassment, and related employment issues.
She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in
2002, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the Order of the
Coif, and was a member of Law Review. She earned her bachelor of science
degree in Anthropology and Psychology from the
University of
Pittsburgh in 1999, where she
graduated Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Craver is admitted to practice in
Pennsylvania and is a member of
the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
She resides in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
Keenan D. Holmes joins the firm as an Associate in the Litigation
Division of the Pittsburgh
office. He focuses his practice on employment &
labor issues. Mr. Holmes earned his law degree from the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006 and his bachelor of science degree from the
Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Mr. Holmes is admitted to
practice in Pennsylvania. He
resides in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
Harry A. Readshaw joins the firm as an Associate in the Business
Division of the Pittsburgh
office. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy &
creditors’ rights issues. Mr. Readshaw earned his law degree from the
Duquesne University School of Law in 2006, where he was awarded the Judge Gerald
Gibson Award for Excellence in Bankruptcy, and his bachelor of arts degree from
the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990. Mr. Readshaw is admitted
to practice in Pennsylvania.
He resides in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
