Eckert Seamans Attorney Contributes Chapter To Book On Construction Industry Legal Strategies

Eckert Seamans construction law attorney Scott D. Cessar is one of 13 attorneys nationwide selected to contribute a chapter to “Legal Strategies for the Construction Industry,” a new book for construction industry executives.

Mr. Cessar is chair of Eckert Seamans’ Construction Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution Groups.  He represents owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in both the public and private sectors in contract negotiation and resolution of construction claims.  Mr. Cessar was been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2004 and 2005.

His chapter, “A Primer on the Basics of Construction Law” gives owners tips on structuring relationships with contractors to minimize disputes and claims.
