Eckert Seamans Adds Two Litigators, Benefits Attorney
Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC continues the expansion
of its southwestern Pennsylvania
practice with the addition of two trial attorneys and an
employee benefits attorney.
Two of the attorneys have joined Eckert Seamans’
Pittsburgh
office.
Edward C. Flynn will practice in the firm’s Litigation
Division as a member. He has had a 24-year career as a trial attorney with broad
experience in personal injury and commercial litigation. He earned his law
degree, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his
undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania.
Cory Hirsch is an associate in the Employee Benefits Group. His
practice focuses on advising clients on employee benefits issues, including
retirement, deferred compensation and welfare benefit plans. Mr. Hirsch
received his law degree from Washington University School of Law. He holds
a master’s degree in hospital administration from Washington University School
of Medicine and a bachelor of science degree from
Cornell
University.
Joining the firm’s office at Southpointe is Sam H. Jessee, an
associate in the Litigation Division. Mr. Jessee represents clients in
commercial litigation including construction, real estate and labor
issues. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School
of Law. He holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from California
University of Pennsylvania.
