Noted Business Attorney Joins Eckert Seamans
John J. McCague has joined Eckert Seamans Cherin
& Mellott, LLC as a member. He represents public and private companies
and practices in the firm’s Business Division, focusing on mergers and
acquisitions, securities offerings, debt and equity financings and corporate
governance matters. Mr. McCague was formerly a partner with the DKW Law
Group.
Mr. McCague is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law,
where he was managing editor of the Law Review. He holds a B.A. from
Washington & Jefferson
College, an M.A. from
the University of
London and an M.B.A from Thunderbird,
The Garvin School
of International Management.
