Eckert Seamans Enlarges Philadelphia Corporate Law Practice
Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC has expanded its real
estate law practice in Philadelphia
with the addition of attorneys Henry M.
Clinton and Diane R. Sirull.
Mr. Clinton joins the firm as a member in the Business Division.
His practice includes both real estate transactions and real estate litigation.
He represents commercial and residential sellers and purchasers of developed and
undeveloped land, apartments, restaurants and single- and multi-family
residences from preparation of initial purchase documents through settlement and
represents them before public agencies. Mr. Clinton received his law degree from
Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum
laude, from Albright
College.
Ms. Sirull joins the firm as an associate in the Business
Division, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters. Ms.
Sirull earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law and her
undergraduate degree, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the State
University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Ms.
Sirull managed clinical trial matters at GlaxoSmithKline, served as real estate
counsel to a GE Capital company, practiced real estate law at Schnader Harrison
Segal & Lewis and served as senior real estate attorney with the Resolution
Trust Corporation. Ms. Sirull has several years of experience as a
bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney.
