The presentation will discuss the following:
1) When is it worth your time?
Discussing the use of visual tools at different stages of litigation
(pre-filing, preliminary injunction, judicial tutorial, Daubert hearing, summary
judgment, Markman hearing, negotiation, mediation, settlement conference,
evidentiary hearing and trial).
2) An introduction to the strategy behind
the use of visuals: A demonstration of the tools that make attorneys more
effective in their practice and better prepared for their cases (with a focus on
animation, instructional graphics and interactive presentation tools).
3) The different applications/uses of
visual tools to demonstrate the effectiveness of the same in preparation for
trial.
4) A demonstration of completed projects
in different practice areas to tie-in the above concepts.
5) A discussion about the relevant
admissibility/evidentiary issues.
