In this program, a panel of experienced professionals, business owners, and
executives will discuss various means available to owners and managers for
extracting value from a technology company. Among the issues they will
discuss are assessing strategic options, balance sheet and accounting clean-up,
establishing intellectual property ownership, developing projections, and
building value by managing and improving the key value drivers of a technology
company. The program will include an overview of the strategic options for
extracting value, including management buyouts, private equity
recapitalizations, and strategic acquisitions, mergers, and sales.
Important statistics on the current M&A environment will be provided.
