Intellectual property (IP) can be more than a defensive tool - it can generate cash.  This program will educate entrepreneurs, experienced business people and their advisors on the processes and techniques for companies to identify, protect, value, use and exploit intellectual property.  The panelists will also discuss how breaking down the walls between traditionally distinct corporate functions can help companies effectively and strategically practice IP management for maximum returns.  Liability and risk limitation for IP will be given close attention.
