Course Description
Electronic discovery is no longer a peripheral issue. For many attorneys, it
could mean the difference between winning and losing a case. Failing to conduct
a thorough electronic discovery investigation could lead to a favorable - or not
so favorable - decision. All of those emails, word processing documents,
spreadsheets, and electronic files created by your clients are a treasure trove
of evidence for the opposing party if litigation ensues. This presentation will
help explain the current state of the law & technology, as well as practical
tips and tools to help you integrate electronic evidence into your case
strategy. In addition, this presentation will help explain the proposed rules
changes as well as what impact they will have on today's practitioners with
respect to electronic discovery.
