Dennis P. Ziemba is a Member in the firm’s Litigation Division and Product Liability practice group.
Mr. Ziemba has a diversified civil practice, with a particular emphasis on products liability matters and other tort actions. His practice includes the representation of manufacturers of automobiles, automotive component parts, consumer products, industrial equipment, scaffolding and motorcycles in litigation matters.
Mr. Ziemba has been involved in trials and appeals of, among other matters, complex product liability actions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. He also serves as regional counsel for a national motorcycle manufacturer.

- Gonzalez v. Ideal Tile Importing Co., Inc., 853 A.2d 298 (N.J. Super. 2004)

Mr. Ziemba was recognized as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Star Lawyers for 2006 as selected by Law & Politics and published in Philadelphia magazine. He holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
A frequent author, Mr. Ziemba recently penned an article for The Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly entitled “When and Where: Foreign Corporations and Personal Jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.”
