LaToya C. Winfield is an Associate of the firm in the Business Division where she focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment, insurance regulation, and commercial leases.Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Winfield was an Associate with a Harrisburg-based law firm. While there, she engaged in a general practice which consisted of representing clients in various aspects of property law including residential landlord/tenant matters, mortgage foreclosure, tax sale disputes, and quiet title actions.
Active in the community, Ms. Winfield is on the board of directors of the Mechanicsburg Learning Center, a member of the Widener University School of Law Diversity Advisory Board, a Law and Government Career Cluster Leader for the Camp Curtin YMCA Black Achievers Program as well as other organizations.
In addition to serving as the Co-Chair of Membership/Programming for the Keystone Bar Association, Ms. Winfield is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Dauphin County Bar Associations.
