Mark E. Thabet is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he was an Associate with the law firm of Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP in Elmsford, New York.Mr. Thabet concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, environmental, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. Before entering private practice, he was Manager of Client Services for Work in America Institute, Inc.
Mr. Thabet is admitted to practice in New York; United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
