Warren L. Soffian is a Member in the firm’s Business Division. He focuses his practice on corporate and business planning, estate planning and administration, real estate transactions and civil litigation. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mr. Soffian was a partner with the Philadelphia-based law firms of Silverman Bernheim & Vogel and Donsky, Soffian, Allen & Boe.Throughout his career, Mr. Soffian has been engaged in the general practice of law, including the representation of regional and national businesses as outside general counsel, complex civil litigation, and estate planning and administration.
He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Soffian has lectured on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association on the subject of Wills and Estate Planning.
