Rachel Castillo Rosser is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. Her practice is focused in the areas of general commercial litigation, mass tort litigation, products liability, and employment litigation. Her experience includes the representation of small and large corporations in federal and state courts in wide variety of matters including contract disputes, employment disputes, pharmaceutical defense, and litigation arising out of complex commercial transactions. Ms. Rosser serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia and she is a volunteer attorney for the Volunteers for the Indigent Program (“VIP”) and Senior Law Center. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rosser served as law clerk to the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.In 2006, Ms. Rosser was selected as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyers Rising Star,” an honor which is given to only 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys.
