Bryan D. Rosenberger is Of Counsel to the firm engaging in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters on behalf of both publicly and privately held businesses. He serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and has previously served as Chairman of the firm’s Business Division.
Mr. Rosenberger has extensive experience in acquisitions, divestitures and mergers; public offerings and private placements of equity and debt; the recapitalization and restructuring of financially troubled enterprises; leveraged buyouts; venture capital financings and other commercial transactions.
He has led teams of the firm's lawyers in the representation of major media entertainment industry clients in numerous significant domestic and international acquisitions, joint ventures and financings. Other transactions handled by Mr. Rosenberger have included restructurings, recapitalizations and divestitures in the retailing and commercial construction and engineering industries; complex structured financings in the residential construction industry; and acquisitions, mergers and divestitures involving diverse businesses, including mining and metals processing and fabricating. He has also represented professional sports teams in various matters and frequently provides general business counseling to his clients.
