Brandon Richards is an Associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits Department. Mr. Richards focuses his practice on employee benefits and related areas including executive compensation, retirement and welfare plan drafting, and ongoing administration of such plans.
He regularly assists in the design and implementation of executive deferred compensation arrangements including compliance with Code Section 409A. He also regularly assists clients with the design, drafting, and administration of qualified retirement plans including 401(k) plans, pension plans (including multi-employer plans), and other types of retirement plans. Mr. Richards also handles a wide variety of matters involving welfare benefit plans (including life, health, disability, and severance arrangements).
