Harry A. Readshaw is an Associate in the Business Division. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy & creditors’ rights issues, general commercial law, commercial litigation and litigation involving real estate.Mr. Readshaw has a wide variety of experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters and has represented:

- Purchasers of assets
- Municipalities
- Court appointed receivers
- Business owners/shareholders
- Suppliers of goods and services to Debtors
- Federally licensed firearms manufacturers and dealers
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Readshaw was an account manager at one of the nation’s largest commercial collection agencies, where he specialized in bankrupt receivables and consulted with clients in the development of bankruptcy specific accounts receivable procedures.
Additionally, Mr. Readshaw has served on numerous official committees of unsecured creditors, and has chaired several of those committees, including the official trade committee in a very significant real estate investment trust case.
