Daniel P. Orie is a Member in the Litigation Division. Mr. Orie's practice involves a broad range of civil matters, including business and financial, product liability, insurance coverage and real estate. His practice includes the business counseling and representation of manufacturers of construction and industrial equipment and machinery, manufacturers of pharmaceutical products, consultants, insurance companies, real estate developers and franchisees. Mr. Orie has trial and appellate experience in various state and federal courts, and has represented clients before arbitration panels and mediators.Mr. Orie was named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2005, 2006 and 2007, as selected by Law & Politics and published in Philadelphia Magazine.
