Veronica M. Nelson is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Division. She focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation with a concentration in product liability and commercial litigation. Ms. Nelson’s experience with product liability matters has given her the opportunity to represent automobile and elevator/escalator manufacturers, as well as consumer product clients. She has extensive experience arbitrating matters for automobile manufacturers. Ms. Nelson has also advised and assisted corporate clients with the resolution of commercial disputes, the discharge of claims/liability post-bankruptcy and product liability claims. Her experience with contract disputes has included verbal and/or course of dealing agreements, as well as, complex national service contracts for international businesses and manufacturers.
