Louis J. Moraytis is a Member of the firm and is also a member of the firm's Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurial Business and Real Estate Departments. He has served in a number of administrative and management roles at the firm.
Mr. Moraytis is experienced in a broad range of corporate and litigation matters. He has been active in the structuring and negotiation of numerous acquisitions, mergers and financings involving private and publicly-held companies. He has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex loan transactions. He also provides general corporate legal counseling to a number of the firm's clients. He has worked with companies engaged in manufacturing, electronics, retail sales, wholesale distribution, construction, health care, communications, radio and television broadcasting and advertising. He also has worked with a number of non‑profit and charitable entities.
Mr. Moraytis has served as a lecturer at seminars on shareholder matters, mergers & acquisitions, and business organizations.
Mr. Moraytis holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
