Scott R. Mehok is a Member in the firm's Public Finance Department.  Mr. Mehok has extensive experience in representing issuers, underwriters and trustees in various types of public financings including, industrial development bonds, revenue bonds, 501(c)(3) conduit financings, general obligation bonds and financings through the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority and the Rural Utilities Service. He has advised on numerous bond issues for school districts, townships, boroughs, counties, municipal authorities and a number of businesses, including industrial and commercial and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Mehok was recognized as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Star Lawyers for 2006 as selected by Law & Politics and published in Philadelphia magazine.  He holds a BV^® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
