Daniel B. McLane is a Member in the firm's Litigation Division, Commercial Business and Products Liability practice groups.

Mr. McLane’s practice and experience covers a broad range of commercial, business, securities and product liability litigation.  His practice includes the representation of automobile manufacturers, recreational watercraft manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers, manufacturers of consumer products, real estate companies and numerous other corporations. 

Mr. McLane has trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and in numerous other states throughout the country.  Mr. McLane is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. McLane is very proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Pittsburgh Vision Services, a non-profit agency with a mission to reduce the limitations that may result from the loss of vision.

Mr. McLane was recognized as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Star Lawyers for 2006 as selected by Law & Politics and published in Philadelphia magazine.  He holds an AV^® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
