Jacob C. McCrea is an Associate in the Litigation Division. His practice is focused on construction law. In connection with his construction practice, Mr. McCrea has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and sureties both prior to and during litigation. Mr. McCrea also regularly represents clients in commercial contract litigation, insurance coverage litigation, shareholder disputes and eminent domain proceedings.Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mr. McCrea completed a two-year federal clerkship with the Honorable Terrence F. McVerry in Pittsburgh.
