Robert W. Levy is a Member of the firm and Chairman of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Department. His practice is focused primarily in the representation of clients in all aspects of real estate including financing and development. In his representation of developers, he has handled a broad range of matters including land assembly, acquisition, land use and permitting, title, sales, leasing, financing and construction-related matters. He has also assisted clients in acquisition and financing matters and associated permitting, construction and end sales issues associated with the purchase and development of residential subdivisions, condominiums and affordable housing projects. Mr. Levy is experienced in identifying and resolving title matters and is an agent for several national title insurance companies. His clients include developers, landlords, tenants, brokers, purchasers, sellers and others involved with real estate and business transactions. Mr. Levy is also experienced in litigating real estate, permitting and other land use disputes.
Mr. Levy is an Associate Member of the Town of Wellesley Zoning Board of Appeals. He holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
