Tara L. Lattomus is a Member with the firm in the Business Division. Her practice focuses in the area bankruptcy & creditors’ rights. Ms. Lattomus has extensive experience representing debtors, committees and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Delaware and around the country. She also has considerable experience representing a major insurance company in national and international bankruptcy cases involving a wide range of issues.
Ms. Lattomus enjoys writing and has published a number of articles relating to new and interesting developments in bankruptcy law.
When not practicing bankruptcy law, Ms. Lattomus volunteers her time as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Delaware Office of Child Advocate representing the interest of children in foster care.
