Mark C. Larson is a Member in the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC in the firm’s Tax Department.   

Mr. Larson represents clients on federal and state tax and business matters.  He has experience in structuring partnerships and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, redemptions, spin-offs, recapitalizations, shareholder agreements, like-kind exchanges and a host of other exciting tax topics.  Mr. Larson also represents individuals and business clients in tax controversy matters before federal and state taxing authorities.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Michigan and before the United States Tax Court.   

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Larson was a member in a national law firm in Detroit, Michigan and a certified public accountant practicing in a national accounting firm.  He has been a frequent lecturer and has written tax and business articles.
