Eileen Lampe is a Member of the firm. She has experience in the courtroom and at trial in the defense of professional liability cases. She has tried numerous high exposure cases to verdict, and also serves as a mediator for health care disputes. She also has experience in the premises liability, nursing home liability, and health care and risk management practice areas. In addition, Ms. Lampe is often asked to be a mediator. Ms. Lampe is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a 5,000 plus 'by invitation only' organization, which seeks only qualified members who display skill, civility and integrity. The organization is devoted to helping younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy. In addition, ABOTA directs its membership towards educating the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment.
After completing her law degree, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Sylvia H. Rambo, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lampe is a member of various professional organizations including ABOTA, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She served as a member of the Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 1991-1992. She participated in the Lawyers in the Classroom, Lawyer/Doctor in the Classroom and the Young Lawyer Mentoring Program.
