Audrey K. Kwak is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. Her practice includes commercial and general civil litigation, and her experience consists of matters involving complex contractual, construction, and insurance issues. Ms. Kwak concentrates her practice in the area of construction litigation. In this area, her experience extends from the preparation and execution of mechanics’ liens to the feasibility of third-party actions in construction disputes, in addition to the provision of extensive briefing and litigation support. She has provided aid on various pro bono projects offered both though the firm and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Ms. Kwak is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, subcommittees of the PBA, including the Minority Bar Committee and the PBA Commission on Women in the Profession. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and its Construction Law Section and currently serves as co-chair of the Judiciary Committe of the Women's Bar Association.
Ms. Kwak served as judicial intern to Chief Judge Marvin Aspen of the Northern District of Illinois. While at Boston College Law, she was published in the Boston College Third World Law Journal, for which she also served as Editor-in-Chief.
