Richard Kim is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Division. His practice focuses on the representation of healthcare providers in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Mr. Kim's experience also includes representation of clients in land use and zoning matters. His representation has ranged from individual land owners to Fortune 10 Homebuilders in an extensive array of matters including, but not limited to, zoning and subdivision and land development matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kim served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Mellon, of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where he was responsible for researching complex legal issues as well as drafting documents related to insurance coverage, product liability, partnership disputes and general breach of contract issues.
