Ms. Iorio is a Member in the firm’s Business Division. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of business law, real estate and land use, estates and trusts matters. She acts as general counsel to closely held corporations and provides estate and business succession planning for individuals and closely held businesses. Ms. Iorio counsels clients concerning commercial real estate acquisitions and transfers, financing, leasing, management, zoning and subdivision issues and tax assessment matters.Ms. Iorio is the Community Action Director and the Secretary of Commercial Real Estate Women-Pittsburgh, Inc.; she is currently the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of The Pittsburgh Center for the Arts and a member of the American Cancer Society Daffodil Day Committee.
