Robert J. Hafner is a Member in the Litigation Division. He concentrates his practice on product liability defense for consumer electronics, medical devices, agricultural and industrial equipment and medium/heavy-duty truck and tractor manufacturers.He serves as national counsel for product liability claims for one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic and information technology products for the consumer and professional markets and as regional counsel (New York City, New Jersey and Pennsylvania) for toxic tort claims for one of our country's largest truck manufacturers.
He served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. E. Mac Troutman, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, from 1985 to 1988.
Mr. Hafner has served as a Lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for its “Product Liability Update” Seminar.
