Edward A. Gray is a Member in the Litigation Division. He concentrates his practice in the area of product liability defense, primarily for automotive and consumer product clients. He has been lead trial counsel for clients throughout the United States, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Gray is a fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys and serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He is an adjunct professor at Temple University Law School lecturing in Advanced Trial Advocacy and in Temple University’s LLM Program in trial advocacy.
Mr. Gray has published and lectured in the areas of personal advocacy, trial advocacy, ethics, experts, direct and cross examination tactics, technology in courtroom, automotive crashworthiness and evidence.
Mr. Gray is an active member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Defense Research Institute and the Federal Court Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Mr. Gray has been recognized by his peers as one of Pennsylvania's Super Lawyers® each year from 2004 to 2008, ranking among the top five percent of attorneys practicing in the state. He also holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
