Daniel A. Glass is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with particular emphasis in products liability and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glass was an associate with an Arlington, Virginia-based law firm. Mr. Glass has developed experience in a broad range of civil matters including products liability, construction litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability matters, as well as commercial litigation including business torts and contract disputes. Additionally, Mr. Glass has practiced in areas such as securities litigation, white-collar crime, and franchise matters. He has represented clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country and in arbitrations and mediations.
Before joining private practice, Mr. Glass served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Shenkin, of the Court of Common Pleas in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In addition, during his course of studies, he served as a legal clerk to both the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division and the Securities Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
