Thomas P. Gacki is Member in the firm’s Tax, and Estates and Trusts Departments.  He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, commercial real estate acquisition and leasing, business formation and planning, and general business transactions.  Mr. Gacki has particular expertise in state tax appeals and real estate tax assessment appeals, particularly for nonprofit entities.

Mr. Gacki currently serves as solicitor to the Dauphin County Register of Wills, Dauphin County Housing Authority, and Dauphin County Redevelopment Authority.  He is a past chair of the Dauphin County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, a past president of the Dauphin County Bar Association, and past Vice-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee.  He is presently a member of the Board of Directors of the Dauphin County Historical Society and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania.
