Edward C. Flynn is a Member of the firm in the Litigation Division. He has been engaged as a trial attorney for over 24 years, and his practice has been widely varied. Mr. Flynn has had extensive experience in the realms of both personal injury and commercial litigation. He has litigated professional negligence, products liability, toxic tort, and accident claims involving serious injury and death. He has also litigated insurance coverage and bad faith issues, fraud claims, breach of contract claims, employment-related disputes, and will contests. He has recently acted as co-counsel in substantial patent infringement litigation. Mr. Flynn has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts, as well as before various arbitration tribunals, and has argued cases at both the federal and state appellate court level.
