Maureen P. Fitzgerald is a Member of the firm concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability and employment litigation with extensive experience in cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination and employment discrimination. Her practice also extends to the areas of race & age discrimination, civil rights and the defense of many physicians, school districts and corporate employers. Ms. Fitzgerald has been named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and is one of Pennsylvania's top up-and-coming attorneys.
