
Wendy West Feinstein is a Member in the firm’s Litigation Division. Ms. Feinstein’s practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation. Her experience includes the representation of public and private corporations and partnerships, non-profit corporations and national banking institutions in a wide variety of matters including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and class action defense. Ms. Feinstein represents clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level. She also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration proceedings before American Arbitration Association panels, and private and court directed mediation.
Ms. Feinstein has been recognized by Pennsylvania SuperLawyers in 2005, 2006 and 2007 as a Rising Star. She holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Ms. Feinstein chairs the firm’s Associate Evaluations and Associates Committees. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family & Children's Services and a member of the Board of the Women’s Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania.
