Ryan B. Caboot is an Associate in the firm’s Business Division. His practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Mr. Caboot served as Department Counsel in the Pennsylvania Insurance Department’s Office of Chief Counsel where he handled, among other things, a variety of insurance regulatory matters pertaining to corporate transactions, company financial solvency, company and producer licensing, market conduct examinations, enforcement actions, surplus lines, statutory and regulatory initiatives, Right to Know Law requests and appeals, contracts and procurements.
Mr. Caboot is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has served as a mentor for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel Summer Mentorship Program and the Dickinson School of Law Mentorship Program. He also volunteers at the Dauphin County Pro Bono Custody Clinic and serves as the 29th Street Church Director of Music.
