Donald J. Brooks, Jr. is a Member of the firm. He focuses his practice in and has trial experience in the defense of catastrophic medical malpractice and product liability cases. He regularly takes cases to trial and verdict and has sixteen years of first chair experience. Mr. Brooks litigates through all levels of appeal in both state and federal courts. Mr. Brooks is frequently an invited speaker for hospital and physician groups on a variety of medical malpractice and litigation topics. He also lectures and authors materials for Continuing Legal Education courses offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and Philadelphia Bar Association on matters including professional liability, trial practice, contribution and release issues.
