Michael R. Borasky is a Member in the firm’s Litigation Division. Mr. Borasky's practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, handling lawsuits throughout the country. He has extensive experience in antitrust, products liability/toxic tort, professional responsibility, insurance coverage, environmental and other areas of business litigation. Mr. Borasky frequently counsels clients in non-litigation matters, particularly regarding products liability and antitrust matters, including compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Mr. Borasky is a member of the Antitrust and Litigation Sections of the American Bar Association. He has served as officer and director of various charitable organizations.
Mr. Borasky holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
