Peter C. Baggerman is a Member in the Real Estate and Land Use Department.
Mr. Baggerman has represented owners, developers, lenders, landlords, tenants, contractors, municipalities and architects in a wide variety of matters relating to real estate law. He advises clients on such matters as real estate finance, real estate development, commercial leasing, construction contracts, conveyancing and title issues, and general and limited partnerships.
As a member of the National Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Baggerman has acted as an arbitrator in a number of commercial and construction industry arbitrations. He is also a member of the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Mr. Baggerman holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
