Paralegal Hiring Process

		Eckert Seamans recruits both entry level Project Assistants and experienced, career oriented Paralegals.  Every effort is made to hire the best qualified person for the available position.  While a Bachelors degree and a Paralegal certificate are preferred, they are not a pre-requisite to being hired.  Experience in the practice area for which you are being considered is a valued asset.
