		Q:  Does the firm have billable hour requirements?  A:  There are billable hour “targets” based upon your practice area.  Q:  How does the firm’s evaluation process work?  A:  Electronic evaluations are done annually, in July, with input from attorneys or senior Paralegals for whom you have done significant work during the prior year.  Q:  Does the firm reimburse dues for membership in local professional Paralegal associations?  A:  Yes
