Eckert Seamans is always interested in adding to its ranks talented, motivated and hardworking attorneys who share the firm's goals of providing outstanding legal services to the firm's clients, community involvement and maintaining a work-life balance.
Hiring is generally driven by the needs of the practice groups within the firm's business and litigation divisions. Practice group leaders notify the Attorney Recruiting Manager, Cindy Woolheater, who posts positions on this website and informs the firm's current associates of the available positions. The firm also reviews resumes on file to determine whether any previous candidates may fit the current need.
The interview process is coordinated by the Attorney Recruiting Manager. The interview generally involves meeting with a number of firm attorneys and, if the candidate's schedule permits, having lunch with two other attorneys. After all of the candidates for a particular position are interviewed, the practice group and division leaders decide whether to make an offer.
Eckert Seamans makes reasonable accommodations for the known needs of qualified applicants and employees with disabilities. Please contact our Attorney Recruiting Manager if you need accommodations to participate in our interview and selection process. The firm does not discriminate against qualifed individuals based on their disability or need for accommodation.
