A: Workload can vary, but everyone works hard. It is not uncommon that associates are able to leave the office by 6:00 p.m. We also have realistic billable hour expectations.

A: We hire every associate with the expectation that he or she is capable of becoming a member (partner). Recognizing that associates develop toward membership at different paces, we have a flexible membership track and more than one tier of membership.

A: Part-time and reduced hours are considered for both associates and members, and the firm will work with individuals to design a flexible work schedule that meets both the needs of the individual and the firm.
